For those of you who don't know, I spent the summer in Rutland, Massachusetts working with an organization called Heifer International. I have to say, it was a fantastic experience!
Things are in full swing here. I just began my second year of graduate school, the garden is going gangbusters, we have a new clutch of chicks hatching as we speak, the chicken coop got a makeover, and the house is about to get a new bathroom!
I will try to keep up with posts and pictures...but for now, here's a picture of our rooster, Henry, wondering where I was for four months!
